Rather than focusing on stigma or punishment, the Foundation champions rehabilitation and support, providing a genuine opportunity for second chances.
Many times over the past 12 years, I have been approached in public by former graduates or family members where they explain how the program changed their lives and how they use the lessons they learned in the program daily. They have continued their life of sobriety, and it has only restored and strengthened their bond with their family and friends. They tell me that the program was tough, but seeing the impact on their lives now, the effort was worth it!
